General Contracting

This is the traditional construction delivery system where Clients engage a third-party architectural and engineering team to complete construction documents prior to awarding the general contract to Shiff C&D. Under this scenario, Shiff C&D can provide the contract under either a lump sum or cost-plus with fixed fee basis.
