Design-Build Deerfield Beach Center for Active Aging
Shiff Construction & Development Inc has been selected by the City of Deerfield Beach for the design and construction of a new 20,000 square foot Center for Active Aging. After a multi phase RFP process that included 9 South Florida construction management firms, Shiff Construction & Development with its design partner, Synalovski Romanik Saye, was selected by the city and awarded the project in December of 2020.
Scheduled for completion in 2023, the facility will offer “structured and comprehensive array of programs and services that improves the independence, community engagement and quality of life of adults, seniors and children of Deerfield Beach and northern Broward County.” More information about programming and services offered can be viewed at the Deerfield Beach website.
